  4. BRIEF DESCRIPTION

  6. Winroids is a version of the popular game "Asteroids" for the Windows
  7. environment.  It features 256 colour ray traced graphics, high speed 
  8. action and full multimedia sound.

  11. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

  13. A fast 386 or 486 computer - 386/33 should probably be considered a
  14. minimum, though the game is playable on a 386/25.
  15.  
  16. Windows 3.1 or higher.

  18. A soundcard (optional).

  23. Winroids is shareware - distribute it among your friends... but please
  24. pay the small registration fee if you like it.

  43. v2.0 256 colour graphics support and larger sprites for machines that
  44.      can take the pace.  Resource compression scheme developed so that 
  45.      Winroids doesn't eat stacks of hard disk space.  Music now repeats 
  46.      correctly.
